• Eligibility: Items must be new, unworn, and in their original condition and returned with in 30 Days of the delivery date.
• Change of Mind: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs due to buyer’s remorse.
• Damaged or Incorrect Items: We’ll cover the return shipping cost for damaged or incorrect items.

How to Return or Exchange

1. Email us at cs@luxycurves.com with your name, order number, and reason for the return.
2. For damaged or incorrect items, include a photo for quicker processing.
3. Once we receive your return, we’ll issue a refund or send your replacement item right away.

Order Cancellations

Changed your mind? Cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled, but you can return them after delivery.

Reporting Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order isn’t quite right, let us know immediately! We’ll replace the item or provide a full refund, including return shipping costs for defective or incorrect products.
